1. When & Where is the TriFactor Run & RunSwim Event?

Please note that the TriFactor Run & RunSwim is on the 10th May 2026. This will be held at East Coast Park, Casuarina Grove (Carpark F2).

2. Will I be able to upgrade or downgrade my category if I need to?

Accepted Answer

Yes you may do so. However, you will need to contact us at least 2 weeks months before the closing of each event to ensure that your preferred category is provided. Any changes less than 2 weeks before closing will have an admin fee of $30 per request.

Question 3

3. How many relay members are there in each Team Relay?

Accepted Answer

Team relays should consist of only 2 members only. (usually1 Runner and 1 Swimmer) Team members can choose which leg to take based on their capability. Both team members will be entitled to the same race entitlements like Race Tee and Finisher Medals.

Question 4

4. Are there awards for Top 3 Winners?

Accepted Answer

Yes! awards are given to top 3 age group winners per category. (Do refer to our age group references on our website for more information.) Do note that there are some non-competitive categories that will not be awarded any top 3 prizes.

5. If I am unable to make it for one of the events, can I transfer my event to another year?

Accepted Answer

We understand that sometimes, work / life events don't always align.  If you wish to transfer your registration credits to another year, an admin fee of $30 will be required to hold your race credit. This must be done at least 1 month before event date. Any late request will not be entertained.

6. Can I swim with a personal Swim Buoy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. you may. However please ensure that you keep the length of the swim buoy not longer than 80cm from your waist to ensure that it does not tangle with anyone or anything along the swim course.

7. Is the Swim Trial compulsory for all participants?

Accepted Answer

Swim trials are only compulsory for those that have never taken an open water swim event before.( aquathlons / Triathlons). These swim trials are to access your competency and confidence in the open water. You may also take on the swim trial if you wish to get more open water swim training!
