- Working hands-on with fresh Musang King durian to capture its signature aroma and depth
- Balancing bold durian flavour so it’s intense yet smooth, not cloying
- Creating a luxuriously creamy popsicle that melts cleanly on the palate

Mango Coconut Silk Popsicle
- Crafting a silky mango ice cream base designed for popsicles
- Folding in tender coconut flesh for contrast and texture
- Achieving that “silk” mouthfeel with every bite
