Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Our workshops are designed for adults. Minimum age is 9 years old. For kids below 9 years old, parental/adult supervision is required

 

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The nearest MRT station is Novena.
Parking lots available @ United Square & Goldhill Centre 
(We do not provide any free parking tickets)

What's the refund policy?

This event has a minimum sign-up rate before commencement. In the event of a participant is absent, no make-ups will be conducted & fees will not be non refundable.

In the event of the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled and we will inform you 5 days prior to the event and we will make a refund.

 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, either printed or digital will do.

 

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, you may sign up for a friend or family member.
You may also get someone to attend for you if you are not able to make it!

 

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes! It is perfectly fine, as long as he/she shows the registration ticket.
