Ukulele Wednesdays: Open Jam

A free, welcoming community jam where ukuleles (and friends) come together for good tunes, shared songs, and great vibes — open to all.

Ukulele Wednesdays made its way from London to Singapore in 2017 and has since grown into a beloved, home-grown fixture of the Holland Village area. What began as a casual jam has evolved into a thriving community of players, singers, and music lovers who gather simply for the joy of making music together.

Now popping up at different locations around the city on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Wednesdays of each month, Ukulele Wednesdays remains a free, open-door jam welcoming players of all skill levels — from total beginners to seasoned musicians. While ukuleles are at the heart of it all, other instruments are welcome, and even if you don’t play, you’re invited to listen, sing along, and soak in the atmosphere.

With a lively crew of over 20 regular members, Ukulele Wednesdays brings friendly energy, familiar tunes, and community spirit wherever it goes.

What to Expect
