Absolutely - I want to create a safe space for everyone so we are keeping this to a small, cozy group of 10 attendees maximum. We will explore 1-2 simple techniques first before jumping into the scenarios!

What can I expect?

Definitely not a typical workshop - we will start with some warm-ups and introductions before experientially learning about a speaking or communication habit. You will then be introduced to a play-based activity to apply the technique. We will end with a debrief of the session!

Do I need to have specific knowledge or background?

Nope! The activities you will do are not going to be typical pitches or presentation practices. It will be an improvised roleplay, simulation, or scenario that everyone will receive on-the-spot and explore together. Don't worry - I will be guiding you all the way!
