Design Thinking involves strategies and systems that improve and refine the design process. It drives innovation across industries - from hospitals to oil companies, from non-profits to schools. Get ready to explore the basic tenets of design thinking and learn how to benefit from it. 

Learning outcomes

Participants will be able to: 

• Apply the design thinking framework to solve problems more creatively
• Understand problems from the customer's perspective
• Plan and conduct effective design research, including user interviews
• Create prototypes to test your idea
• Effectively brainstorm innovative ideas
• Make and use a storyboard to communicate your design ideas
• Make a plan to iterate your idea forward
• Identify your design research objectives
