Understanding Digital Transformation and Managing Change
Event Information
About this Event
This event will be in a Webinar Session format.
Nearly 90% of all organisations face huge challenges when embarking on their digital transformation journey and only 3% have successfully completed a company-wide digital transformation initiative while reaping the pre-targeted benefits. Why is this so? According to a white paper recently published by Golden Equator Consulting, the meaning of digital transformation and the difference between digitalisation and digitisation are often misused and misinterpreted, even by senior executives tasked to reimagine their business in the digital age. This lack of understanding may lead to business misalignment and deep inefficiencies. This session will shed light on the true meaning of these concepts and the three areas of distinction – digital integration, transformation and optimisation. Real case studies will also be presented by our panel of leading subject-experts.
