It’s been almost three years since the pandemic started in 2020. The pandemic has disrupted our lives in so many ways. We experienced lockdowns, bombarded with ongoing news and information regarding the pandemic, battled with Covid ourselves or lost someone we love from Covid or other health issues.
How have you coped through these years? Even though things have opened up, are you still struggling with stress and anxiety about the future and what is to come? If so, you may be experiencing post pandemic trauma.
In this workshop, you will learn what is post pandemic trauma, recognize the signs and symptoms and learn what you can do to heal your trauma.
The presenter is Ms Sylvia Tan. She is a Counselling Psychologist specializing in treatment of mental health issues like depression, anxiety, trauma and grief. Since the start of the pandemic, she has seen hundreds of people struggled with their mental health. Now that we are in the post pandemic era, she is seeing people with new mental health challenges and she would like to share what you can do to build your mental resilience for the future.
