Why this class?

A 2-part online programme providing you self-awareness tools & relational management skills to help you build trust and connection with others.

Throughout this crisis, many of us have been forced to adapt to new ways of living and working together - be it as a family within a household, a team within an organisation or even a wider community of stakeholders within our sector.

Forced to navigate new physical, emotional and psychological boundaries, we may have seen tensions increase, tempers flare and trust weaken. We may struggle with figuring out why we reacted the way we did and how can we connect more meaningfully with others.

What will I learn?

In this programme, we bring you practical tools that can help you:

• Develop our understanding of "personality" patterns, the core emotional & narrative themes that accompany these personality patterns and how they affect our capacity to build trust and connection with others.
• Understand how our personality patterns affect the way we manage our boundaries, establish presence and negotiate power.
• Understand and apply the elements of trust-building conversation.
