5) 1990 Cos d'estournelBEST COS EVER! We kid you not! The 1990 was a total exception for Cos d’Estournel. We even once hosted a 5 decades of vertical Cos, no vintage can beat the 1990. Bok drank it many times and we have to stress provenance is key here. It had this creamy latte bouquet coupled with smokes and wet tobacco. Palate was exceptional, absolutely first growth standard, young, elegant, creamy, chocolate, and very rich. Served double blind, Bok guess was a Latour 89! So you can figure where it stands!
