Unlock Flow State – A Midweek Creative Reset (Women-only)
If your mind has been feeling noisy, tired, or creatively blocked lately — this month’s Nest is for you.
February’s theme is Unlocking Flow State, and we’re creating a soft, cosy space to help you slow down, release mental clutter, and reconnect with your creativity. Drop in anytime between 7–10pm.
✨ Bring a creative project you’ve been meaning to start (or return to). This includes and not limited to crochet, painting, writing, journalling, building something
✨ Create quietly alongside other women
✨ Hang out, chat, or simply decompress
✨ Eat, rest, or take space
🕊 Guided Flow Session (8–9pm)
We’ll hold a gentle, guided one-hour session with a worksheet and brainstorming session to help you settle in, release mental blocks, and ease into a focused, calm flow state. This will include grounding prompts, quiet reflection, and open sharing – designed to help you lock in and reconnect with what feels alive for you creatively.
The Nest is Screaming Pigeons’ monthly community drop-in — a women-only space to land after work and feel held without pressure to perform. The rest of the evening is an open, living-room-style space to continue creating, connecting, or unwinding at your own pace. Some simple writing and drawing materials will be provided, but you’re encouraged to bring your own tools if you have them.
Admin will be present to ensure the space feels warm, inclusive, and emotionally safe. Come as you are. Make yourself at home 🕊️
