Han: After joining Sophie’s Zhan Zhuang program, for the first time in over 10 years of practicing Tai Chi, I felt realenergy flow—it was never like this before, it always felt more like calisthenics.
Ley: Joining Sophie’s 21 day mindful standing meditation camp was my biggest takeaway in 2024. I used to have terrible sleep, slightly improved withyoga, but I was still a light sleeper. On the very first day of Zhan Zhuang, I slept deeply. I also stopped gettingangry so easily. My lower back used to be extremely tense—Zhan Zhuang helped me release my sacral areaand even corrected my off-balance foot posture. My body’s alignment began to restore.
Star: Grateful for Sophie’s detailed, patient guidance, and the support from the mentors and group. I’ve learned thekey points of Zhan Zhuang and built a consistent habit.
