About this event
What is this programme about?
One of the common digital learning strategies used by companies is the adoption of instructor-led virtual classroom learning to complement face to face instructor-led learning engagement. Most L&D practitioners are familiar with using webinars to share knowledge. But for instructor-led virtual classroom learning to be successful in achieving the targeted learning and performance outcomes, there has to be a differentiated approach towards the design and delivery of the learning solution with the right learning technology platform being used.
This session will enable the L&D practitioners to recognise the need to adopt a differentiated approach in deploying virtual classroom learning through understanding the concept, methodology, tools and techniques required to select suitable learning technology platforms (e.g. Zoom, Webex, Adobe Connect, etc) to facilitate different types of virtual learning e.g. webinars from formal virtual classroom learning e.g. workshops, etc
