About this event
The community summit is aimed at educating and empowering boys and men, and ultimately driving positive change through open conversations about gender equality and healthy masculinity.
The Man to Men Summit, held virtually this year, follows the launch of the UWS Boys Empowered programme introduced by UWS earlier this year to encourage boys to model strength without violence, be allies for gender equality, and to reframe the concept of masculinity among boys between the ages of 12 to 16 years old.
This summit will bring together subject matter experts to engage in meaningful conversations and deep dive into topics about Healthy Masculinity and Parenting, Media and Culture, Allyship, Youths and Mental Health, to foster positive changes within the community.

Organiser of UWS Boys Empowered: Man to Men Community Summit
United Women Singapore (UWS) aims to advance women’s empowerment and gender equality, and builds a pipeline of women leaders and influencers in Singapore. It works towards narrowing the gender equality gap through education and raising awareness and advocacy on issues such as anti-violence and women’s empowerment, with the support of key stakeholders including government agencies, corporates, the diplomatic community, other local non-profits, and the wider community.
United Women Singapore is a local non-profit organisation with an Institution of Public Character (IPC) status and all donations received are tax-deductible.
