Learning Objectives:

1. Determine and discover techniques involved in preparing a French meringue macaron.

2. Apply and achieve desired colors based on theme

3. Produce macarons in shape desired according to theme

4. Prepare and create meringue based buttercream in 2 flavors: Taro and chocolate (demonstration)

5. Assemble and fill macarons with prepared buttercream

Terms

1. Participants will work in pairs.

2. Participants will have approximately 15 completed macarons

3. Buttercream fillings will be demonstrated (Taro and chocolate)

4. Participants are expected to arrive 10 minutes before the start of class.

5. Payment is non-refundable once attendance is confirmed

6. Class will commence punctually
