SESSION DESCRIPTION

In today’s volatile global economy, where funding is tightening and early-stage ventures face mounting pressure, resilience is no longer optional—it’s essential. For researchers, innovation-led startups, and small to mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) striving to bring new technologies to market, the need to build sustainable, adaptable businesses has never been more urgent.

The “camel startup” model offers a pragmatic and timely blueprint—prioritizing durability, resource efficiency, and long-term viability over unsustainable hypergrowth. It’s a strategic approach for those committed to transforming innovation into lasting impact.

Join us for an in-depth session focused on equipping innovation-driven teams with actionable strategies for building operational strength, optimizing limited resources, and staying agile in the face of adversity. Whether you're launching a new venture or scaling an existing one, this webinar delivers the insights you need to establish a resilient foundation for growth.

This session is part of a broader innovation support pathway designed to accelerate your journey from research and development to real-world impact. The knowledge and tools shared here will prepare you for deeper engagement in forthcoming workshops and bootcamps—ultimately guiding your venture toward successful market entry and long-term success in 2025 and beyond.
