Senior Health Curriculum (SHC) is a series of specially curated health workshops conducted by qualified health professionals, to equip seniors with simple tips to stay healthy even while at home.

No matter our age, we all have hopes and goals. There are so many things you can do today to make your tomorrows fulfilling. Learn about healthy ageing and the use of Healthy 365 app to stay healthy through Active Ageing Programmes, so you can continue doing what you love.

Outline

Participants will learn about:

• Importance of healthy ageing

• Active Ageing Programmes (AAPs) available in community

• How to sign up AAPs using Healthy365 app

Mode

• Pre-registration is mandatory to attend the session

• Sessions will be conducted via Zoom. Registered participants will receive the link to the Zoom session via email. The link to Zoom session can also be found on the registered ticket details in Eventbrite

• Please ensure that you have the following before registering:

• An internet-connected device e.g. PC, tablet or smartphone with microphone function

• An email address for you to receive the session details when you book on Eventbrite

• If you do not have Zoom, please download and install the Zoom application via this link: https://www.zoom.us/download

• Do note that slots are limited and available on a first-come-first serve basis.

• For security reasons, the Zoom meeting room will be locked 15 minutes after the workshop starts. As such, do check-in on time to avoid disappointment
