This 90-minute vocal meditation workshop invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body and voice as powerful tools for relaxation and self-care. Blending body-based meditation practices with gentle body percussion, mindful listening, and humming, you’ll explore how sound and movement can release tension, restore balance, and anchor you in the present moment. Inspired by principles of Nonviolent Communication, the session also fosters compassionate self-awareness and the ability to listen—both inwardly and to others—with openness and curiosity. Whether you’re new to vocal work or an experienced singer, this workshop offers simple, practical tools for managing stress and nurturing a deeper sense of connection within yourself and your community.

S$18 per person, or bring a friend and pay S$32 for two people.
