This year, Wake Up Asia stands at the forefront of a crucial dialogue on medical freedom and human rights, as reflected in our theme, "Their House of Cards Falls: Rallying for Rights in Healthcare." The third edition of this annual event gathers leading activists, medical professionals, and legal experts to explore pressing issues within the global healthcare landscape.
Wake Up Asia 2023 promises to be an enlightening assembly of minds committed to advocating for healthcare rights and reforms. Join us as we dissect the current challenges, celebrate the victories of individual and collective activism, and strategize the path forward in the battle for medical freedom and human dignity.
Wake Up Asia aims to give voice particularly to Asian doctors, activists and to highlight challenges in Asia. We hope that actions from abroad can help us in understanding and overcoming our own challenges at home.
This is Part 2 of 2024 Wake Up Asia, which is in its 3rd edition. We have also spread our wings beyond Asia to Australia and New Zealand and we will be joined by experts there who can update us on the situation.
