About SALTSALT Fitness is a boutique fitness studio offering rhythm-based Spin and Strength classes, the first of its kind set in a black and white colonial house in the heart of Gillman Barracks. SALT’s training approach is built on accessibility: every class uses musicality and the beat as a guide, creating a clear and intuitive way for all levels to move with confidence.Rooted in the values of Grit, Integrity and Consistency, SALT is committed to creating a supportive environment — where personal progress, community connections, and sustainable fitness habits take centre stage.

Multilevel Class, Beginners welcome! >> Spin at SALT is music-driven, low-impact yet high intensity cardio workout that focuses on the rhythm. Expect a full body workout riding the beat through from jogs to sprints, and climbs to jumps, and building upper body strength through optional choreography - all guided with clear cues and progressions for riders of all levels, new and experienced, in our Ride 45 classes.

Spin Class - Ride: 2000 Club Hits

Multilevel Class, Beginners welcome! >> Strength at SALT is our unique and signature rhythm-driven class that guides you through reps using dumbbells, resistance bands and your own bodyweight. The workout follows the beat of the music to maintain intensity, while providing a natural flow to help you stay consistent throughout our Strength 45 classes. Expect accessible progressions, supportive coaching and a format that meets you where you are, whether you’re new or already training consistently.
