About SALT
SALT Fitness is a boutique fitness studio offering rhythm-based Spin and Strength classes, the first of its kind set in a black and white colonial house in the heart of Gillman Barracks. SALT’s training approach is built on accessibility: every class uses musicality and the beat as a guide, creating a clear and intuitive way for all levels to move with confidence.
Rooted in the values of Grit, Integrity and Consistency, SALT is committed to creating a supportive environment — where personal progress, community connections, and sustainable fitness habits take centre stage.

The workout follows the beat of the music to maintain intensity, while providing a natural flow to help you stay consistent throughout our Strength 45 classes. Expect accessible progressions, supportive coaching and a format that meets you where you are, whether you’re new or already training consistently.
