About SALT

SALT Fitness is a boutique fitness studio offering rhythm-based Spin and Strength classes, the first of its kind set in a black and white colonial house in the heart of Gillman Barracks. SALT’s training approach is built on accessibility: every class uses musicality and the beat as a guide, creating a clear and intuitive way for all levels to move with confidence.

Expect a full body workout riding the beat through from jogs to sprints, and climbs to jumps, and building upper body strength through optional choreography - all guided with clear cues and progressions for riders of all levels, new and experienced, in our Ride 45 classes.
