About this event

You should have attended a beginners watercolour painting course.

Participants will be able to have a better grasp of the different watercolor techniques and brush control. This intermediate course aims to build a strong fundamental of watercolor techniques and the control over this medium. Focus will be largely based on colour mixtures, using of different watercolor mediums to create the best results, and improving their brush control skills to achieve a better outlook of their florals. The drawings shown here are only for illustration purpose.

  • Equipped with skillsets and materials knowledge, choosing the correct paper, brushes and colors
  • Better grasp of colour theory, mixing, watercolor techniques and its application
  • Better understanding of watercolour florals compositions

COURSE FEE:

$350 |$70 for seniors eligible for National Silver Academy (NSA) subsidy*

*NSA subsidy is for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents aged 50 and above.

In addition to NSA subsidy, course fee may be offset by SkillsFuture Credit (SFC).

Payment Procedure:

1) Upon registration, course participants are to make payment for the course through Brahm Centre’s Eventbrite page. This is considered as a deposit to reserve a place in the course.

2) Participants have to claim with SFC before the course start date through the SkillsFuture portal, https://www.myskillsfuture.gov.sg/

3) Brahm Centre will reimburse the amount that is successfully claimed upon receipt of the funds from SFC. This procedure can take up to 12 weeks from the course start date.


Notes:

  • Please note that payments for courses are non-refundable.
  • There are no make-up lessons if you miss any session and the trainer is not obligated to do a recap during the following session.
  • Brahm Centre reserves the right to replace a trainer, should the trainer be unable to conduct the class due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Photos and/or videos may be taken during activities for Brahm Centre's records and promotional purposes.

Trainer's Profile:

Lee Sher Ley is a graduate from the Raffles Design Institute Singapore (used to be call LASALLE International Fashion School (L.I.F.S) Singapore) and also holds a NAFA Certificate in Children’s Art and Craft. With more than 10 years of teaching experience under her belt, her bubbly and jovial demeanour makes her an instant hit with all her students. Shirley’s passion for Arts goes beyond teaching in the classroom setting. She has spent more than 10 years volunteering in the art programme at Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS).
