Instruction Method

Small class sizes of 3 to 6 mean that I can attend to each student with personalised coaching. During class, we use a variety of watercolour materials to better understand how they impact our work and learn how to choose and adapt to them. I demo live during class, explaining and reiterating key instructions and tips. I will teach you how to identify mistakes so you can pre-empt, avoid, fix or repeat them to get the effects you want. Most importantly, you will learn how apply your new skills on Chinese influenced subjects such as flowers, animals, landscapes. To reinforce your learning, you will have access to videos and tutorial notes in my google classroom depositary, so that you can practise at your own time and pace.

I truly enjoyed the 2-Day workshop you conducted, you make us feel very comfortable and relaxed. You were generous with your knowledge and useful tips especially emphasising with the proper tools (brushes & paper) that we should use. Also, Your demonstrations were precise. I've learnt some new techniques, and also got some things that I already knew reinforced. Your artwork is fabulous and I feel happy to have a chance to learn from you.
