He obtained Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Nanyang Technological University, majoring in Civil Engineering. Despite his academic background, Li Rui's interest lies in securities & derivatives market.

He acknowledges the importance of financial literacy in optimizing wealth growth, be it active & passive investing.
