What do I need for the session?

Ensure that you have a stable internet connection, and a quiet comfortable space where you will not be interrupted.

What happens if I am late for the session?

Try not to be later than 15 mins because you would have missed out quite a fair bit of the meditation and centering segment which is the main highlight of the session. That said, you can still join in for the short psychological learnings and reflections.

How much do I need to pay?

Any amount you wish to my PayNow account!

Can I use this as replacement for counselling or psychotherapy?

This program is not psychotherapy, trauma processing, or crisis intervention. It’s not suitable for people in active crisis or with severe untreated mental health conditions.
