Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, you do not need to bring your ticket.

Do I have to pay a fee to join the running sessions?

No, the sessions are complimentary by AXA. This is part of our commitment to partner our customers every step of the way on their journey to better health.

Can I leave my bag at the venue?

Yes, there will be staff there to take care of your belongings while you are running.

Do I have to be of a certain fitness level to join the event?

We welcome people of all fitness levels! There are varying intensity levels for the run, so feel free to workout at your own pace.

What's the running program like?

Every week's running program is different, so do check out the lineup here. We usually set off from The Autobus at 7pm and the session will finish at 8.30pm.

Who will be leading the running session?

Cheryl Tay from Rock The Naked Truth will be leading the running session every week. Otherwise, it will be led by other members of RTNT if she is not available for a particular week.

What happens if it rains at the time of the running session?

We will commence with our wet weather program - an indoor HIIT session at The Autobus.

Do I have to sign up every week if I plan to join the running sessions regularly (every week)?

No, you will only need to sign up once.

Do I have to sign up more than once if I plan to join the running sessions occasionally (once a month)?

Yes, this is to let us know which dates you are coming so that we can plan the program accordingly.
