Welcome to My St John's Island with Fawzi, Rahim and Corliss

Take a stroll around the idyllic St John’s Island with Fawzi and Adam, ex-residents of St John’s Island, and Corliss, our friendly guide, as they bring you on an intimate adventure around their childhood playground. Find out how St John’s Island remains a home to the ex-islanders even though they are now relocated to the mainland. The tour will take you across the island, covering sites such as the water tank, the old quarantine station and many more! It will be a day of sun, sand, sea and stories for all to enjoy!

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the event for registration. Our facilitators will be wearing our event t-shirt.
• Limited parking is available at Marina South Pier. We would strongly encourage you to take the public transport.
• Venue is not wheelchair accessible.
• The event will proceed rain or shine.

Who should come?

• Participants must be fully vaccinated.

What to bring?

• Participants should bring along an umbrella, hand sanitisers, insect repellent, and a bottle of water.
• Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably and wear covered shoes for hiking/trekking.
• Participants are encouraged to bring their own earphones (with a standard 3.5mm audio jack) because we will be using radio guides for the tour!
• Asthmatic individuals are encouraged to bring their inhaler.

• Participants must abide by the house rules set out by the host. Facilitators will brief participants at the start of the programme.
