This session begins with a talk on the science behind chronic inflammation and the role of positive psychology in reducing stress and boosting the body’s natural healing. Learn how mindset shifts like gratitude and emotional reframing can lower inflammation and improve resilience.
Following the talk, experience sound therapy designed to soothe the nervous system and rebalance the gut-brain axis through targeted frequencies, supporting emotional calm and digestive health. Together, these approaches create a holistic path toward emotional balance and long-term healing.
