Chef WeiQiang has an impressive culinary background, starting as a Cook at 'O' Coffee Club Pte Ltd and Regent Hotel Four Season Singapore. He worked his way up to become a Senior Chef De Partie at The Ritz Carlton Millenia, specializing in baking production.

With extensive experience handling diverse baking products, he ensures consistent quality standards in large-scale production operations.

Chef WeiQiang's creativity shines through in developing new menus for pastry outlets and his expertise in 3-D cake designs. As a learning coach, he mentors and instructs trainees, sharing innovative creations and techniques to foster their growth in the culinary field.
