Do I HAVE to skate?

Accepted Answer

Nope! There are Non-skating tickets available. Skating will only start after live performances to ensure safety. This event is accessible to all ages and abilities! Accessibility routes to be advised closer to the day.

What if I can't/ don't know how to skate?

Accepted Answer

There is a non-skating ticket for those who just want to enjoy the music! If you're new and are on the fence about trying skating, Hi-Roller has kindly provided us trained ushers who are experienced at teaching newbies on the fly. This would be a great time for you to try!

Is there an entrance/ space for people with accessibility needs?

Accepted Answer

Yes! There is a lift to get to the venue. Accessibility routes to be advised closer to the day.

Can I skate while the concert is going on?

Accepted Answer

NO!!!! (because we care about your safety). Skating will only start at 9PM after the live performance ends.

Do I need to pay extra for rental of skates?

Accepted Answer

NO!!! All Concert + Skate tickets include rental of skates and all safety gear. Please use the safety gear and bring long socks!

Can I bring my own skates?

YES!!! Don't forget to bring long socks too.
