UX design is the process of enhancing user satisfaction for a product, service or company. It encompasses all aspects of the interaction with the user. From visuals and interaction all the way to the engagement a product or service brings to the user. This workshop hopes to bring all of us up to speed with UX fundamentals and its applications in particular to tech projects, whether is it a mobile app or a website. Our workshop speaker, Edison, is a UX Designer working with GovTech. He brings along practical experience and a technical background in Visual Communications from NTU.
