About this event

About this event

Join us for this panel on mental health inclusion at work. While more workplaces today have mental health policies, true inclusion starts with people, how we lead, support, and respond in everyday interactions. In this engaging panel, hear from HR professionals, mental health advocates, and individuals with lived experience as they unpack what it means to create a psychologically safe workplace. Learn about common mental health conditions, practical ways to support team members, and how small acts of empathy can break stigma and build a culture of care.

Through stories, role-play, and real-life scenarios, you’ll walk away with workplace-ready tools to support colleagues across all roles – from frontliners to flexi-work staff. Whether you’re in HR, management, or simply want to be a better ally, this session will help you turn intention into action and bring mental health inclusion to life in your workplace.

Registered participants will also receive a door gift as a token of appreciation.
