About A Voice To Be Heard Ltd (AV2BHL)

Breaking Silence • Restoring Dignity • Amplifying Voices

A Voice To Be Heard Ltd (AV2BHL) is a Singapore-based social enterprise dedicated to destigmatising and humanising recovery from substance addiction, mental health challenges, and other lived experiences. Founded in 2023, AV2BHL creates safe, inclusive, and story-driven spaces where lived-experience voices are heard, valued, and empowered.

Through storytelling, dialogue, and digital publishing, AV2BHL bridges the gap between individuals in recovery, their families, professionals, and the wider community — fostering empathy, understanding, and collective healing. Its mission is simple yet powerful: to help every person rediscover hope, dignity, and purpose through the power of the human story.
