Mental health affects not only individuals but also families and communities. Stigma isolates, shames, and silences — often leading to despair and broken lives.
This event breaks the silence. Through real stories of resilience and recovery, The Human Story Book challenges stigma, restores dignity, and shows that healing is possible. These voices highlight root causes like poverty, discrimination, and violence, sparking empathy and hope.

Dr. Siti J. Ahmad
Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH) | Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | International Behavior Analyst (IBA) | Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
Dr. Siti J. Ahmad is an accomplished behavioral health professional dedicated to advancing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals with neurodevelopmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges. With more than a decade of experience across clinical, educational, and integrated care settings, she bridges science and empathy to promote meaningful, person-centered outcomes.
Her expertise spans Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), trauma-informed care, integrated behavioral health models, and special education advocacy. Dr. Ahmad provides individualized support for clients with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and related conditions, and is licensed to practice in Washington State, Texas, Oklahoma, and Virginia.
As a Research Associate with the Doctor of Behavioral Health International Research Team at Arizona State University, she contributes to global initiatives that foster innovation and equity in behavioral healthcare. A member of the National Association of Special Education Teachers (NASET), she remains deeply committed to ongoing research, training, and advocacy that elevate the standards of care worldwide.
Natasha Zaman
CEO & Founder – Healthy Tec
Natasha Zaman is the CEO and Founder of Healthy Tec, a social-impact venture focused on reducing dementia risk among low-income, frail, and minority seniors. Her work bridges geropsychology, health, design, and technology to create sustainable, community-based solutions that support natural ageing and improve quality of life.
With a distinctive background in Mechanical Engineering (NTU) and Art & Design (Royal College of Art, UK), Natasha combines creativity and science to craft human-centred innovations in HealthTech and AgeTech. She has led impactful campaigns and strategies across Southeast Asia and Europe, reaching over 30 million people through communications, partnerships, and public engagement.
As Host and Producer of the Healthy Talk Podcast, Natasha explores how empathy and technology can transform healthcare and elder care. Her leadership continues to inspire families, professionals, and communities to listen with love and respond to the unspoken struggles around them.
Sujata Tiwari

Sujata Tiwari is a seasoned entrepreneur, writer, and mentor whose journey spans multiple industries from retail and franchising to skincare, intellectual property, and journalism. Beginning her entrepreneurial path at 30, she built diverse ventures that reflect her belief in lifelong learning, courage, and reinvention.
Her experience ranges from investigating brand counterfeiting in a male-dominated field to serving as an independent IPR consultant and later building purpose-driven consumer brands. Through these roles, Sujata developed a passion for helping others unlock their potential guiding individuals to rediscover identity, motivation, and fulfilment in work and life.
As the Founder of SUJATA Against All Odds, she champions holistic well-being, rooted in the idea that “what you put on the outside should reflect your inside.” Her brand and mentorship work both aim to nurture authenticity, confidence, and care inside and out.

Imran Wee
Caregiver Peer | Programme Manager | Mental Wellness Advocate | Reintegration Mentor | Empowering Caregivers • Championing Second Chances • Advocating Mental Wellness
Imran Wee is a passionate caregiver peer and programme manager dedicated to supporting families navigating the challenges of dementia and mental health conditions. Drawing from his own caregiving journey, he empowers others through training, resilience-building, and self-care practices that restore strength and balance.
Beyond caregiving, Imran champions second chances. Having walked the path of reintegration himself, he now mentors ex-offenders and former drug abusers, helping them rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose. His ongoing volunteer work in Singapore’s prison community reflects his belief that redemption and recovery are possible with compassion and support.
Featured in The Straits Times, Yahoo News, Honeycombers, MeWatch, and the President’s Challenge Show 2023, Imran uses his voice to raise awareness about caregiver well-being, mental health, and resilience. With certifications in motivational interviewing, para-counselling, and facilitation, he continues to inspire and equip others to turn challenges into opportunities for growth.
