Inspired by our previous gin and cheese classes, we have decided to have a whisky themed class this month.

There is an array of flavours and tasting notes (such as fruit and spices) in whiskies that will complement the rich flavours cheeses from The Providore deli. Discover fun and unexpected pairings in our interactive class!

This 1.5 hour long class will feature 4 distinctive whiskies, each with their own unique flavour profile:

• Buffalo Trace
• Eagle Rare
• Westward
• Sazerac Rye

Participants will be taken on a guided tasting journey of each whisky, and learn more about how each whisky pairs with cheese to bring out the nuances and complements.
