We are pleased to host Elixir Distillers for a whisky tasting masterclass with International Sales Manager, Ms Chanel Liquori. This engaging and interactive whisky tasting experience will be held at our bar The Swan Song, 41A Boat Quay Singapore 049830, on 30 March 2023 (Thurs), 8pm and Chanel will be introducing a flight of 5 different whiskies (20ml each) from the Elixir Distillers portfolio. -﻿ Undisclosed Highland distillery 2008 12 Years Old Single Matls of Scotland Reserve Casks, Elixir Distillers, 48%- Linkwood 2007 13 Years Old Single Malts of Scotland, Elixir Distillers, 54.1%-﻿ Caol Ila 2011 10 Years Old Single Malts of Scotland Reserve Casks, Elixir Distillers, 48%-﻿ Ledaig 2004 17 Years Old Single Malts of Scotland Reserve, Elixir Distillers, 56.8%-﻿ Port Askaig 28 Years Old, Elixir Distillers, 45.8%Chanel entered the spirits and hospitality industry as a bartender in New Zealand, and since then has gone on to work across the world for global brands such as Pernod Ricard, Bacardi, and That Boutique-y Whisky Company. In March 2020 Chanel joined Elixir Distillers as an International Sales Manager and quickly found herself locked down in an Airbnb in London – not quite as “international” as she anticipated! Her love of whisky and meeting like-minded whisky lovers knows no bounds and she is looking forward to being back on tour. Last year, Chanel achieved merit in her WSET level 3 Spirits and became a judge for the World Whisky Awards.The Swan Song is a whisky bar in Singapore dedicated to good whisky and in particular vintage and rare whisky. We carry whisky of all levels to ensure there is something special for everyone. This labour of love was started by passionate individuals who saw whisky can at times be intimidating to new drinkers, or inaccessible to the experienced wishing to explore older bottles that are unavailable. We carry a small but curated selection of cocktails, rums, spirits, wine and beer. The bar has 300 open bottles from closed distilleries such as Port Ellen and Brora while also offering underrated whiskies like Ledaig and Glen Garioch.
