About this event

A Space to Tackle Career Challenges Together

Feeling stuck at work?Whether you’re dealing with a tough boss, unclear direction, or tricky workplace dynamics, you don’t have to figure it out alone. This group is a supportive space where people come together, share real challenges, and tap into the collective wisdom of the circle. Through open dialogue and guided structure, you’ll gain new perspectives and walk away with clarity and next steps.

About the Group

This group is about creating a safe, respectful environment where anyone—whether you’re a frontline manager or part of a team—can bring your experiences, listen deeply, and offer insights that help each other move forward. Each session is lightly facilitated to ensure everyone has space, but the real value comes from the diverse perspectives of the group.

What to Expect

  • A clear structure to guide conversations
  • Space to share your challenge—or simply contribute to others’
  • Fresh perspectives, encouragement, and practical takeaways
  • A confidential, supportive environment with no judgment and no pitches

About the Organizer

I’m Bill, an ICF-accredited leadership coach (PCC) and trained Organization & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC), based in Tokyo, Japan. I’ve supported hundreds of people across industries, drawing on 15+ years in the corporate world (Apple, Google). My role here is to hold the space and lightly facilitate so the group’s shared wisdom can flourish.

Who This Is For

Anyone navigating the challenges of work life—whether you’re:

  • A frontline manager juggling people and pressure
  • A team member feeling stuck or overlooked
  • Or simply someone who wants support and fresh ideas

Who This Is Not For

This circle isn’t the right fit if you’re mainly:

  • Looking for job postings, recruiting opportunities, or career leads
  • Hoping to promote or sell a product or service
  • Expecting formal training or a step-by-step curriculum

Join us for a collaborative, energizing conversation where shared wisdom becomes practical support.

This event will be in English.

This circle will be held in a rented meeting space. You’ll receive the exact room number and detailed instructions one day prior to the event to make arrival easy.

Frequently asked questions

What happens in a session?

Each session has a simple structure: introductions, one or two people share a work challenge, and the group offers perspectives and ideas. You can share your own situation or just listen and contribute.

Who can join?

Anyone navigating workplace challenges—whether you’re a team member, frontline manager, or in leadership. If you’ve ever thought, “I wish I had a space to talk this through,” this is for you.

Do I need to bring a challenge to join?

Not at all. You’re welcome to just come, listen, and support others. Many people find value even if they don’t share their own challenge.

Is this a networking event?

No. This is not about exchanging business cards—it’s about creating a safe, supportive space for real conversations about work and life at work.

Is this a place to find new job opportunities?

No. This circle is not about job searching or recruiting. It’s a space to share real workplace challenges, exchange perspectives, and support each other in navigating work more effectively.

How many people will be there?

We keep the group small (usually 6–8 people) so everyone has space to speak and be heard.

What should I prepare?

Just bring yourself. If you want to share a challenge, it helps to think of one specific situation you’d like perspectives on.

Will the session be confidential?

Yes. We ask everyone to respect the privacy of others. What’s shared in the group stays in the group.

What language are the sessions in?

All sessions are in English. You don’t need to be perfect, but you should be comfortable enough in English to join group conversations.
