Managing challenging people is having the assumption - whether true or not - that the other person has a “negative attitude”. This assumption will trigger a reaction from the manager, which in turn will cloud the communication between the two parties making it even more difficult. You are more easily in control of yourself and your part in the communication than of the other person. This workshop provides tips on assessing the points of friction and adapting your communication and actions accordingly, resulting in increased chances of an effective outcome. By the end of the workshop, you will know how to: - Communicate more efficiently to overcome the barriers- Identify the main characteristics of typical challenging people- Adapt your behaviour for a more effective working relationship

About the Workshop Trainer: Virginie Ducasse started with a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering but quickly realised she was mostly interested in people’s development, behaviours and interactions within the organisation. This led her to continue her education first with a Master Degree in HR &amp; Organisation and lastly in Executive and Leadership Coaching.She has 20 years of experience in leading teams involved in change management and organisational development projects, be it in MNCs or smaller companies.
