Yamaha Trumpet Day

As part of Yamaha's Band and Orchestra Fair 2025, come learn from and play with the trumpet section from the Singapore Symphony Orchestra (SSO)!

3 individual masterclass slots are also open at $10 on a first-come, first-served basis. Register now to secure your slot!*

The day will start off with a short welcome and opening performance by the section, before they lead the participants for a mass warmup. Then, they will give a workshop on fundamentals and techniques, followed by a short break.

We will then move on to the masterclass segment, where 3 individual participants will come up and play, guided by the SSO section. The day will then end off with everyone playing together in a mass trumpet ensemble and a short Q&A session.

The schedule is subject to minor changes based on the participants' needs.

*Please ensure the masterclass tickets are also selected when checking out. All 3 masterclass participants are expected to prepare a piece to present during the masterclass.
