Restore ease, release tension, and improve mobility with our Yin Myofascial Release Workshop Series — a therapeutic combination of slow, sustained Yin stretches and targeted myofascial techniques designed to free tight muscles and fascia.

Across two specialised 4-hour workshops, you will explore gentle holds, pressure-point release, and mindful breathing to unwind chronic stiffness, enhance recovery, and move with greater freedom.

Workshop Schedule & Focus

1️⃣ 20 Dec 2025 | Sat | 11am–3pm
Yin Myofascial Release for Lower Body Mobility
Focus: Hips, hamstrings, quads, calves, feet & more
Experience: Deep Yin stretches, fascia release techniques, breathwork, and guided relaxation

2️⃣ 21 Dec 2025 | Sun | 11am–3pm
Yin Myofascial Release for Upper Body Mobility
Focus: Shoulders, neck, chest, arms, upper back & lower back
Experience: Targeted Yin stretches, fascia release techniques, mindful breathing, and relaxation
