About the teachers:

Marie-Pier

Marie is a Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher since 2019. She completed a prenatal and post-partum certification in 2020, after experiencing motherhood for the first time. In her classes, Marie put the focus on the mind and body connection in order for the students to feel balanced.

Jaana

Jaana received her training in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga at S-Vyasa Singapore, combining the traditional and scientific approaches to yoga. A typical class begins by loosening and warming up to build up to asana practice. Asanas are held for long periods of time and great attention is placed on relaxation. The goal of the practice is to slow down the breath, relax the body and calm the mind. Jaana continues to deepen her knowledge in yoga studies and is currently pursuing courses in yoga therapy. She has been in Singapore for 6 years and is a mother of 2 young girls.
