Derrick

Derrick works in the creative spaces of Design and Architecture, Sustainability and Well-being, Leadership and Coaching, Breathwork and Yoga. Derrick appreciates the embodiment of our experiences through the complex interplay of spaces, both externally and internally. He is especially grateful for the embodied practice of Yoga in guiding collective journeys through life with interconnected awareness. Inspired through interaction to learn, experience and share, Derrick serves to integrate kindness and presence in somatic practices that awaken the body, relate with felt senses and clarify the mind. In addition to holding space for wellness as a Yoga and Breathwork Instructor, Derrick is also a Registered Architect and Certified Coach.

With a deep passion for fostering connection and self-expression, Gayle's journey has been dedicated to using her creative gifts to uplift, inspire, and guide others on their path of self-discovery.

Ida

Ida is a multi-disciplinary wellness guide with a passion for bringing people home to their bodies. She offers her craft in various modalities centred around fitness, yoga, bodywork and healing music. In much of her life, she struggled with severe depression and burnout, battling a difficult relationship with her body and food. Moving through these struggles brought her deep healing and gifted her wisdom of what life and true health is really about. Her lived experience is weaved within all that she shares in her work. To her, true health is about living life as authentically as one can, bringing us into our most radiant and alive state. Through her work, she wishes to create a space where all feel safe and held to welcome all parts of themselves.

Lina

Lina regards herself as a 'Forever Student' who finds joy in constant learning of new things to feed her hunger and inquisitive mind. Her sharing of practices includes the Classical Rajadhiraja & Raja Yoga which she started with 2021. She continues to widen her practices into Hatha/ Vinsyasa Yoga focusing on Pranayama as the practice of the Regulation of life giving energy using the Breath. Lina’s main dharma as a mother of two serves as her core inspiration to take priority in one’s own body and mind wellness first- in order to take good care of her family & people around her. She believes that any form of consistent Yoga practices would ‘bear fruits and be beneficial to self and everyone around them too.

Satori

Satori is a Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher with a background in sports science and functional training. She first discovered the benefits of yoga through sports rehabilitation and has since then developed a fascination towards the restorative and mindful practices and benefits of yoga, on and off the mat. Her classes are focused on simple, dynamic sequences that leave you feeling energised and grounded. A huge nature and dog lover, she is very open to dog sitting (or having your dog join her yoga classes by the beach!)
