Day 2 Highlights: Frequency Meets Function
Experience sound as medicine for the body, mind, and nervous system.
- 5:00PM- 6.00PM - Yoga for Detox
This session uses purposeful movement and breathwork to stimulate the lymphatic system and increase circulation, aiding in the elimination of toxins and metabolic waste. The gentle heat generated through practice supports detoxification while calming the nervous system. Paired with your sound reset, this yoga flow helps clear physical and energetic blockages, promoting renewed energy, balance, and mental clarity.
