Who can join this retreat?

This retreat is open to all levels — beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome. Participants shall be 12 years and above.

All amenities are provided in the room EXCEPT toothbrushes, hairbrushes/comb and any other of your personal toiletries. Yoga mat is provided at the retreat place but please bring your own if you prefer to use your own mat.
