Who is your mentor?

Fatin Arifin

Manager | Business Development & Projects

CoFounder, Young Professionals Network Brunei

Over the last 15 years, Fatin journeyed across various sectors including food, retail, and hospitality where her role spanned business development, sales, marketing, procurement and product development among others. Whilst the roles were diverse, she learnt that they required the same things: adaptability, resourcefulness under pressure, and a genuine care for the purpose, people and service.

Fatin recently ventured into the real estate sector doing project management and business development where she discovered that it's a different kind of responsibility — one where it is not just about growth, but also about creating long-term value.
