The Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA) is a Self-Help Group established in 1991 to uplift the educational and socio-economic status of the Singaporean Indian community.

The 'Let Her Shine!' programme is dedicated to supporting Indian girls and women, aged 7-35, enabling them to realise their full potential for their advancement and empowerment. LHS! seeks to equip them with the knowledge and tools to cultivate a healthy lifestyle and mindset, recognise and protect themselves from vulnerable situations and foster their aspirations and ambitions through education and proactive measures.
