I teach classes with a body positive, and accessibility centred approach that fosters community while we're learning. Classes are centred around 2SLGBTQIA+ people, because we are often under served or poorly served in the garment and alterations industries. There is so much freedom and affirmation in expressing ourselves in what we wear. The importance of how our garments are altered to compliment our gender presentation is better understood when we are in our community spaces. Fostering this safe learning environment is something I am very passionate about.
