Your Mediation was established in 2017 by lawyer and accredited mediator, Phyllis Peterson. Today we focus on workplace mediations alongside specialist conflict resolution and communication HR services guiding organisations to address workplace conflict and communication challenges. These services consider an organisation's HR infrastructure as well as supporting employees to manage their personal conflict management journey.
