La Cucina Segreta at Olio&Olive is a hidden tasting kitchen inside our Dallas Italian specialty food store, where we host small-group workshops, tastings, and immersive Italian food experiences.
Olio&Olive is a Dallas-based importer working directly with small producers and family-run farms across Italy. Many of the olive oils, cheeses, cured meats, and specialty ingredients featured in our events are imported exclusively and available in limited seasonal quantities.
Our events are designed to be personal and authentic — from open-house tastings celebrating new arrivals from Italy to hands-on pasta workshops and guided olive oil experiences led by an Italian importer.
La Cucina Segreta offers a relaxed and intimate setting where guests can taste, learn, and experience Italian food in a deeper way — whether joining a workshop, attending a tasting, or simply discovering new flavors.
