I have spent the last 22 years immersed in high-performance fitness, first as a Captain in the British Airborne Forces, then as a personal trainer. I have all the assets for a top performer; discipline, commitment, grit and determination.
But here’s the honest truth: for years, I was running on pure grit and determination, and the misguided philosophy of 'just run harder' to get faster.
Like a lot of runners out there, I thought pain and injury were simply the price you paid to get faster. I was wrong. I wasted years pushing through nagging issues and hitting plateaus because I fundamentally misunderstood the mechanics of my own body. If I could rewind the clock, the first thing I’d do is learn the principles of running biomechanics I teach in this workshop. It would have saved my body.
I specialise in smarter way to perform - functional fitness for people who are serious about getting results. You don't need a crash course in pain; you need a structured plan built on real knowledge.
My job is to cut through the noise, skip the generic workouts, and give you the tailored, intelligent training you need to move better, feel great, and finally train with purpose.
